Сутність та особливості підприємництва в аграрному секторі

Abstract

Агробізнес є однією з основних форм підприємництва в аграрному секторі еконо міки України. У цю сферу залучаються всі виробничі та обслуго вуючі фірми й організації, що функціонують у сфері агропромислового комплексу. Наукову працю присвячено питанням визначення сутності та особливостей розвитку аграрного підприємництва. У дослідженні проаналізовано динаміку його розвитку в Україні впродовж останніх років. Зроблено висновки щодо тенденцій і шляхів розвитку українського аграрного бізнесу.

This scientifi c work is devoted to determining the nature and features of the development of agricultural entrepreneurship. Agribusiness is one of the main forms of entrepreneurship in the agricultural sector of Ukraine’s economy. All production and service fi rms and organizations operating in the fi eld of agro-industrial complex are involved in agribusiness. The study analyzes the state of development of agricultural entrepreneurship in Ukraine compared to previous years. Conclusions are made on trends and ways of development of Ukrainian agrarian business. Agribusiness involves all the steps required to send an agricultural good to market, namely production, processing, and distribution. This industry is an important component of the economy in countries with arable land since agricultural products can be exported. Agribusiness treats the diff erent aspects of raising agricultural products as an integrated system. Farmers raise animals and harvest fruits and vegetables with the help of sophisticated harvesting techniques, including the use of GPS to direct operations. Manufacturers develop increasingly effi - cient machines that can drive themselves. Processing plants determine the best way to clean and package livestock for shipping. While each subset of the industry is unlikely to interact directly with the consumer, each is focused on operating effi ciently in order to keep prices reasonable. Because agribusiness is a broad industry, it incorporates a wide range of diff erent companies and operations. Agribusinesses include small family farms and food producers up to multinational conglomerates involved in the production of food on a national scale. Within the agriculture industry, “agribusiness” refers to the range of activities and disciplines encompassed by modern food production. There are academic degrees specializing in agribusiness, departments of agribusiness, agribusiness trade associations, and agribusiness publications.
