Просторовий розвиток регіону

Abstract

Наукову статтю присвячено питанням просторового розвитку регіону та визначенню соціально-економічних умов поділу території України на регіони. Сучасний розвиток економіки регіонів України зумовлюється динамікою макросередовища, яка характеризується поглибленням процесу глобалізації, швидким переорієнтуванням виробництва, впровадженням новітніх технологій, які впливають на економічне зростання. У дослідженні проаналізовано сучасний просторовий поділ України на регіони. Зроблено висновки щодо тенденцій просторового розвитку української економіки.

This scientific work is devoted to the issues of spatial development of the region and determination of socio-economic conditions of division of the territory of Ukraine into regions. The current economic development of the regions of Ukraine can be characterized by the dynamics of the macroenvironment, which is represented by the deepening process of globalization, rapid reorientation of production, the introduction of new technologies that affect economic growth. The study analyzes the modern spatial division of Ukraine into regions. Conclusions are drawn on the trends of spatial development of the Ukrainian economy. The priority of modern state regional policy should be to identify and implement strategically important areas and specific measures to counter and prevent possible threats to national security arising from destructive changes in spatial, especially settlement development. Strengthening anti-crisis regulation in this area with a focus on strengthening the socio-economic potential of settlements of various types through effective unification of territorial communities and state assistance in the development of their self-organization will ensure a new quality of spatial development in Ukraine. Its main consequence will be an increase in the quality of life of local communities and a significant intensification of local development. The state regional policy in this sphere with a high level of target orientation of the system of implemented measures of normative- legal, economic, administrative-organizational character is able to significantly change the situation for the better. It is in the interests of all members of Ukrainian society to accelerate and modernize the spatial development of regions on the basis of innovation and social responsibility of the subjects.
