Експорт соняшникової олії в Україні та світі

Abstract

Дослідження сучасного стану і розвитку виробництва та переробки олійних культур в Україні показало, що олієжирова галузь є досить перспективною. У статті проаналізовано експорт ринку соняшникової олії в Україні та світі, перспективи його розвитку в майбутньому, досліджено особливості попиту та пропозиції, основних цінових і нецінових чинників та фактори, що впливають на формування цін у галузі. Обґрунтовано методичні і практичні рекомендації щодо формування макроекономічної рівноваги попиту та пропозиції експорту соняшникової олії.

The article analyzes the export of sunflower oil market in Ukraine and the world, prospects for its future development, examines the features of the supply and demand market, the main price and non-price factors and factors influencing price formation in the industry. Our study of the current state and prospects of development of production and processing of oilseeds in Ukraine has shown that the oilseed industry is quite promising. Research methodology. The following methods were used in the study: comparative analysis (to compare indicators in the dynamics), monographic (for a comprehensive and in-depth study of individual phenomena, processes and identify causal links of their development), systemic (consists of studies of certain objects as complex systems), economic and mathematical (allowed to establish the quantitative impact of individual factors on the studied result), statistical (when working with statistical information and analytical calculations). Results of the research. The export of sunflower oil in Ukraine and the world is analyzed and the dependence of price fluctuations on the sunflower market in Ukraine depending on internal and external factors of supply and demand for this product is established. Our study gives grounds to claim an increase in the share of sunflower oil exports and prices on world markets. The analysis revealed that the most appropriate for the export of sunflower oil is: increasing world demand for these products, which will increase the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises. Elements of scientific novelty. It consists in substantiating theoretical, methodological and practical recommendations for the formation of macroeconomic balance of supply and demand for sunflower oil exports. Practical significance. The results of the study can be used to address issues related to sunflower oil exports to Ukraine and the world.
