Соціологія війни: дослідження та оцінки

Abstract

У статті здійснено спробу нового підходу до проблеми модернізації структури соціологічного знання в контексті нових геополітичних реалій та внутрішньої ситуації в Україні, які спричинені повномасштабною агресією коаліції РФ-РБ проти України. Сутність цієї ситуації полягає в тому, що український народ і його ЗСУ демонструють небачений у 21 ст. героїзм народу у боротьбі проти агресора. Українці отримують безпрецедентну військову підтримку США і Британії, відчутну допомогу від понад 50 країн (формула Рамштайн), військово-політичну від країн Євросоюзу (окрім прихистку для мільйонів біженців), а також політичну від понад 140 країн світу (голосування в ООН та Європарламенті). Саме війна і все, що відбувається в Україні і навколо неї після 24 лютого 2022 року, змінило не лише обличчя української нації і усієї цивілізації, а й світопорядок, світову політичну систему. І в новому світі незаперечними є вплив, роль і нове суб’єктне місце України. З цих позицій спробуємо обґрунтувати місце і завдання в існуючій структурі соціологічного знання такого напряму, як соціологія війни, яка зможе зайняти своє місце в числі інших напрямів досліджень, найперше таких, як соціологія армії, яку Ю.І. Яковенко та А.В. Гринчук назвали альтернативою військовій чи воєнній соціології [1]. З нашої точки зору кожний із названих напрямів соціології за нових обставин та за умови системного їх застосування може знайти свою «нішу» у дослідженні проблеми війни в існуючій структурі соціологічного знання. Автор статті звертається також до результатів соціологічних досліджень проблеми «Міграція і транснаціоналізм», здійснених в рамках реалізації наукового проєкту «Транскарпатський центр Жана Моне з дослідження європейських стратегій розвитку УжНУ».

The article presents a new approach to the problem of modernization of the structure of sociological knowledge in the context of new geopolitical realities and the internal situation in Ukraine, which are caused by the full-scale aggression of the Russian Federation- Belarusian coalition against Ukraine. Its essence is that the Ukrainian people and their Armed Forces demonstrate the unprecedented and recognized heroism of the people in the fight against the aggressor in the 21st century. Ukrainians constantly receives unprecedented military support from the USA and Britain, tangible help from more than 50 countries (the Ramstein formula), military and political help from the countries of the European Union (in addition to shelters for millions of refugees), as well as political help from more than 140 countries of the world (voting in the UN and the European Parliament). There are a number of other circumstances, among which the war itself and everything that happens in and around Ukraine after February 24, 2022, changed not only the face of the Ukrainian nation, but of the entire civilization, peace order and the world political system. And in the new world, Ukraine’s influence, role and new subject place are undeniable. From these positions, we will try to justify the place and tasks in the existing structure of sociological knowledge of such a direction as the sociology of war, which will be able to take its place among other directions of research, first of all, such as the sociology of the army, which my former mentor and colleague Y.I. Yakovenko and his co-author A.V. Grynchuk [1] called it an alternative to military or war sociology. From our point of view, each of the above-mentioned areas of sociology under new circumstances and under the condition of their systematic application can find its place among the named and possibly new areas of research on the problem of war in the existing structure of sociological knowledge. In addition, the author of the article continues to develop previously conducted sociological research on the problems of «Migration and transnationalism», carried out as part of the implementation of the scientific project ‘Jean Monnet Transcarpathian Center for Studying European Development Strategies at Uzhhorod National University’.
