Лідерство в ідеологічній сфері: пастки ідеологеми «просто перестати стріляти»

Abstract

У статті досліджуються зміст та масштаб загроз операцій Кремля у сферах ідеології та масової психології, спрямованих на зниження рівня міжнародної підтримки України, на прикладі маніпулятивної ідеологеми «треба просто перестати стріляти». Зауважено на тому, що вказана ідеологема включена в конфігурацію ініціатив «мирного плану» Китаю щодо припинення російсько-української війни. В історичній ретроспективі простежено суть ідеологеми «треба просто перестати стріляти» та практичні варіації, в яких її застосовувала агентура ФСБ: досвід російсько-грузинської війни 2008 р. та спроби врегулювання російсько-української війни до повномасштабного російського вторгнення 2014 – 24.02.2022 р. Розглянуто останні спроби інформаційно-ідеологічних провокацій, проведених або профінансованих російськими спецслужбами в країнах ЄС.

The article examines the content and scale of threats of the Kremlin’s manipulative operations in the spheres of ideology and mass psychology aimed at reducing the level of international support for Ukraine, using the example of the manipulative ideologue “you just need to stop shooting.” It is noted that the specified ideology is included in the configuration of initiatives of China’s “peace plan” to end the Russian- Ukrainian war. The latest attempts at informational and ideological provocations carried out or financed by Russian special services in the countries of the European Union are considered. Moscow constantly resorts to various attempts to destroy the international coalition in all three spheres: ideological, rational and moral. For this, the methods of hybrid warfare are used, a significant part of which tools work in the informational and ideological sphere. It was noted that intellectual and emotional leadership in the context of countering the aggression of the Moscow Empire from the beginning of events was vividly demonstrated by such political and statesmen of our time as B. Johnson, J. Biden, O. Scholz, V. Zelenskyy. In historical retrospect, the ideological essence of the ideology “just stop shooting” and the practical variations in which it was applied by the FSB agents are traced: the experience of the Russian-Georgian war of 2008 and attempts to settle the Russian- Ukrainian war before the full-scale Russian invasion of 2014 - 02/24/2022. The authors state that in the case of the start of peace negotiations or the signing of plans for a peaceful settlement, Russia did not refuse to conduct hostilities under any circumstances; secondly, it used the ceasefire regime to capture new territories. Both during the Russo-Georgian and Russo-Ukrainian wars, neglect of previous agreements can be seen for Moscow. During the eight years of the Ukrainian-Russian war, Moscow used the technology of manipulation of peace initiatives. And in part, Ukrainian politicians, uttering humanist slogans (L. Kravchuk), gave society the wrong orientation and in fact helped Russia to destroy the country’s defence capabilities. In this context, the implementation of the opinion that the issue of ending the war is completely within the competence of the President of Ukraine and only depends on Ukraine’s desire whether to continue the war becomes a particularly important narrative. The completely humane slogan “just stop shooting” is not considered by the European community as a demand for the Ukrainian people to stop resisting Russian aggression. However, this is accurately the content behind the appeal that Moscow is trying to offer to European politicians and organizations. The manipulation technology “just stop shooting” finds many options for use by Moscow in the war against Ukraine. In this particular case, when it is the Russian military that is shelling Ukrainian cities with missiles, the slogan “stop shooting” should be inverted towards the Kremlin. It is critical at all stages of the analysis of the international situation to remember who is the aggressor and who is the victim of aggression. In order for the entire European public to understand this, this issue must be investigated in the system: intentions-plans-actions-interests-means-results-consequences.
