| Abstract: | Стаття присвячена актуальним проблемам судового захисту товарних знаків як одних з головних об’єктів права інтелектуальної власності. Автор, аналізуючи Азербайджанське законодавство даній сфері, виявляє і загальну характеристику судової практики. У статті судовий захист розглядається як найбільш надійна форма захисту товарних знаків, перераховуються загальні правила, якими повинні керуватися суди у цій сфері. The article is devoted to actual problems of judicial protection of trademarks as one of the main objects of intellectual property rights.Analyzing the Azerbaijani legislation this field, author also identifies common characteristic of judicial practice. Within the article judicial protection is considered as the most reliable form of trademark protection, general rules which the courts should guide in this area were listed. |
