| Abstract: | Стаття присвячена дослідженню необхідності здійснення кваліфікації інвесторів. Виявлено, що пропоновані суб’єктом законодавчої ініціативи зміни до чинного законодавства щодо такої кваліфікації є передчасними та неефективними. Доцільним є створення належних умов інвестування для збільшення кількості інвесторів The article examines the need for the implementation of qualifying investors. It is revealed that the proposed legislative changes to the legislation regarding such qualifications are premature and ineffective. It is expedient to create the appropriate conditions for the investments to increase the number of investors. |
