Процесуальні дії арбітражної комісії біржі

Abstract

Стаття присвячена аналізу процесуальних дій арбітражної комісії біржі. Охарактеризовано функції, які виконує біржа з метою ефективного становлення економіки. Саме дотримання процедури розгляду та вирішення спорів і є запорукою успіху діяльності біржі. Адже це підсилює довіру до біржових операцій та є передумовою уникнення спорів в майбутньому. Тому потрібно дотримуватися порядку розглянутих визначених дій Арбітражної комісії та сприяти належному виконанню покладених на неї функцій.

Article is devoted to analysis of the procedural actions of the Arbitration Committee of the Exchange. Characterizes the functions performed by Exchange with the aim of efficient development of the economy. The procedures review and dispute resolution is the key to the success of the Exchange. It enhances the credibility of the Exchange operations and is a prerequisite to avoid disputes in the future. We must to follow the order of the specific actions of the Arbitration Committee. And we must to contribute to the proper implementation of the tasks assigned to her features.
