Модернізація митної служби України в умовах євроінтеграції

Abstract

У статті з’ясовується роль митних органів у процесі реалізації економічної функції держави, визначаються функції митних органів у цьому контексті. Досліджуються стан і перспективи діяльності, спрямованої на виконання основних завдань, реалізація яких покладається на митні органи в умовах сьогодення. Розглянуто особливості інституціонального підходу під час дослідження процесів державного управління митною справою.

The articles deals with the role of customs authorities in the realization process of the state economy function, besides the functions of the customs authorities in this process are determined. The conditions and perspective activities are investigated. These activities are directed to the solvement of the main tasks which nowadays are becoming the responsibilities of the customs authorities, institutionalization, custom service, state administration by custom business, customі authorities.
