Abstract: Theoretical and applied study of the ethical issues that arise when using three-dimensional printed bioproducts and their significance for the development of principles for the application of additive manufacturing technologies in medicine. Materials and Methods: Various methods of scientific knowledge make up the methodological basis of on interdisciplinary approach, which includes a set of methods that allow us to investigate the technological, legal and social aspects of the application of 3D bioprinting, its potential, limitations and ethical challenges. Conclusions: Ethical principles are one of the foundations for ensuring the provision of proper medical care and medical services with the use of three dimensional printed bioproduct technologies at an appropriately high level, and are directly related to strict adherence to the principles and standards of additive manufacturing and bioethics, which are imposed on all participants (be it a doctor a 3D designer, a manufacturer of a 3D bioprinter, etc).
