| Abstract: | У статті досліджено наукові підходи щодо тлумачення категорії «адміністративна скарга платника податків». Визначено та проаналізовано елементи такої скарги. Наведено авторське визначення податкової (адміністративної) скарги. In the article was investigated the scientific approaches concerning of interpretation category of «administrative appeal of the taxpayer». Identified and analyzed the elements of such a complaint. Provided author’s definition of tax (administrative) complaints. |
