Інформатизація вищої освіти України в контексті європейського вибору (з досвіду Закарпатського державного університету)

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано стан інформатизації вищої освіти України як вирішального фактора її реформування в контексті європейського вибору. Розглянуто основи нормативно-правового регулювання цього процесу, проблеми та основні напрями державної політики та завдання у названій галузі. На прикладі Закарпатського державного університету авторами сформульовано основні підходи до активізації та підвищення ефективності процесу інформатизації у вищій освіті.

The article focuses on the analysis of informatization of higher education of Ukraine as a decisive factor of its reforming in the context of the European alternative. The basic of normative-law regulation of the process, main directions of state policy and tasks in this branch are under consideration. The problems have been determined which hinder the process of informatization in educational institution of Ukraine. The present-day state and perspectives of informatization in the institution of higher education are illustrated on the example of Transcarpathian State University. The authors have formulated basic approaches to the activization and raising the effectiveness of the process of informatization in higher education.
