| Abstract: | Стаття присвячена дослідженню кримінального процесуального регулювання строків забезпечення реалізації прав, свобод і законних інтересів людини. Аналізуються теоретичні уявлення та норми кримінального процесуального закону щодо гарантійного значення регламентації строків для забезпечення прав, свобод і законних інтересів людини. Вказується на місце кримінальних процесуальних строків у предметі правового регулювання у кримінальному процесі. Article is devoted to research of criminal procedural regulation of terms of ensuring realization of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of the person. Theoretical repose and standards of the criminal procedural law of rather guarantee value of a regulation of terms for ensuring the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of the person are analyzed. It is specified a place of criminal procedural terms in a subject of legal regulation in criminal trial. |
