| Abstract: | У статті в ключі філософсько-правового аналізу зроблено спробу дослідження давньогрецької філософсько-правової ідеології досократичного періоду на процес формування основоположних принципів сучасного українського конституціоналізму та її безпосереднє відображення у текстах Основного Закону нашої держави. Written in the form of philosophy-law analysis, the article under discussion presents an attempt of investigating the Ancient Greek philosophical and law ideology during the Pre-Socrates period, as well as its affect upon the process of formation of the basic principles of the modern Ukrainian Constitutionalism and its direct reflection in the text of the fundamental law of our country. |
