| Abstract: | У статті розкрито поняття подвійного (множинного) громадянства, причини та підстави виникнення цього явища. Ідеться про національне й міжнародне регулювання множинного громадянства, шляхи подолання колізій у правовому статусі особи, загальносвітові тенденції в межах цього питання. In this article the notion of dual (multiple) citizenship, reasons and grounds of its arising are revealed. There is said also about national and international regulation of multiple citizenship, ways of overcoming collisions in legal status of a person and also worldwide tendences in scopes of this issue. |
