| Abstract: | У статті досліджено особливості правового регулювання й практики реалізації іноземними громадянами права на спадкування в Україні. Визначено проблемні питання отримання іноземними громадянами спадку. Виявлено недоліки чинного законодавства, які завдають шкоди правам та інтересам іноземних громадян-спадкоємців. The peculiarities of legal regulation and practice of the realization of the right to inheriting by foreign nationals in Ukraine is analyzed in this article. The problematic issues of acquisition by foreign nationals of inheritance are identified. The disadvantages of the current legislation, which violate the rights and interests of foreign nationals-heirs are revealed. |
