| Abstract: | У статті аналізуються теоретичні джерела та нормативно-правові акти, що стосуються шлюбного договору. Досліджуються історичні передумови виникнення шлюбного договору. Пропонуються окремі способи удосконалення правового регулювання шлюбного договору. This article analyzes the theoretical sources and normative legal acts which concerning the marriage contract. Are investigated the historical prerequisites of the emergence of a marriage contract. Are proposed some ways of improvement of the legal regulation of marriage contract. |
