| Abstract: | Стаття присвячена захисту такого майнового права дитини, як право власності. Визначається специфіка здійснення й захисту права власності малолітніми та неповнолітніми дітьми. З’ясовується роль державних органів у забезпеченні належного захисту майнових прав дітей. The article is devoted to the protection of the property rights of the child as ownership. The author determined the specifics of implementation and protection of property rights and juvenile minor children. It turns role of government in ensuring adequate protection of property rights of children. |
