| Abstract: | У статті досліджуються наявні проблеми реалізації права спільної часткової власності на квартиру. Автором проводиться аналіз судової практики в справах цієї категорії, унаслідок чого робиться висновок про відсутність єдиного підходу в застосуванні норм цивільного законодавства України. The article examines the existing problems of the right of common shared ownership of the apartment. The author analyzes the judicial practice in cases of this category, which resulted in the conclusion about the absence of a common approach to the application of the norms of civilized legislation of Ukrainian. |
