| Abstract: | У статті висвітлено окремі питання правового регулювання захисту іноземних інвестицій в умовах глобалізації. Проведено аналіз досліджень науковців у цій сфері, законодавчої бази держави та реального стану надходжень інвестицій. Досліджено рейтинг інвестиційного клімату України. Запропоновано рекомендації щодо підвищення інвестиційної привабливості держави. The article highlights some issues of legal regulation of the protection of foreign investments in the context of globalization. The analysis of scientists’ research in this area, the legal framework of the state and the real state of investments have been made. It was investigated the rating of the investment climate in Ukraine. Recommendations to improve the investment attractiveness of the state are proposed. |
