| Abstract: | Статтю присвячено дослідженню проблем правового регулювання підстави й умов матеріальної відповідальності сторін трудових правовідносин. Особлива увага приділяється характеристиці трудового правопорушення як підстави матеріальної відповідальності в трудовому праві. Також подається перелік умов матеріальної відповідальності суб’єктів трудових правовідносин, розкривається їх зміст. The article is devoted to the research of the grounds and conditions of the material responsibility of the sides of labor relations. A correlation of notions grounds and conditions of the material responsibility of the sides of labor relations was carried out in the article. Labor offense is determined by the author as the grounds of the material responsibility in labor law. Also the grounds of the material responsibility of the subjects of labor relations were selected and formulated there. |
