Цифрові технології у методиці викладання іноземних мов для забезпечення якості освіти

Abstract

Сучасні виклики освіти вимагають впровадження інноваційних підходів до забезпечення якості навчального процесу, зокрема у викладанні іноземних мов. Стаття присвячена дослі- дженню ролі цифрових технологій у методиці викладання іноземних мов, що сприяють ство- ренню сучасного, інтерактивного та інклюзивного освітнього середовища. Головна мета дослідження полягає у визначенні можливостей інтеграції інноваційних цифрових техноло- гій, таких як онлайн-платформи, штучний інтелект (ШІ), віртуальна та доповнена реальність (VR, AR), для підвищення якості мовної освіти. Особлива увага у статті приділена перевагам і викликам використання штучного інте- лекту, який, за дослідженнями В. Кейроса, М. Сімонете та Е. Спіна дозволяє персоналізувати навчання, автоматизувати рутинні завдання та вдосконалювати підготовку педагогів. Імер- сивні технології, такі як VR і AR, за дослідженнями Л. Фрейна, М. Отта, Дж. Н. Байленсона та К. Деде, сприяють практичному застосуванню мовних знань у реалістичних умовах. У статті використано комплекс методів дослідження. Теоретичні методи включають: аналіз і синтез для систематизації наукових і методичних положень щодо впровадження цифрових технологій у мовну освіту; узагальнення та конкретизацію теоретичних положень сучасних досліджень у сфері педагогіки та цифрової освіти. Методи порівняльної педагогіки включають: проблемно-порівняльний підхід для аналізу використання інноваційних технологій у практич- них умовах викладання мов. Емпіричні методи включають вивчення інформаційних джерел, аналіз освітніх платформ, для оцінки актуальності та ефективності цифрових технологій. Результати дослідження демонструють, що цифрові технології відкривають нові можли- вості для підвищення якості освіти. Інтеграція цифрових технологій у викладання іноземних мов є перспективним шляхом до трансформації освіти, який не тільки вдосконалює навчаль- ний процес, але й сприяє підготовці студентів до викликів глобалізованого світу. Ця еволюція методики викладання є важливим внеском у забезпечення якості сучасної освіти.

Modern educational challenges require the implementation of innovative approaches to ensure the quality of the learning process, particularly in foreign language teaching. The article is dedicated to exploring the role of digital technologies in the methodology of foreign language teaching, which contribute to creating a modern, interactive, and inclusive educational environment. The main goal of the research is to identify opportunities for integrating innovative digital technologies, such as online platforms, artificial intelligence (AI), virtual and augmented reality (VR, AR), to improve the quality of language education. Special attention in the article is payed to the advantages and challenges of using artificial intelligence, which, according to the research of V. Keyros, M. Simonete, and E. Spina, allows to personalize learning, automate routine tasks, and enhance teacher training. Immersive technologies, such as VR and AR, according to the studies of L. Freyn, M. Ott, J. N. Bailenson, and K. Dede, facilitate the practical application of language knowledge in realistic environment. The article uses a comprehensive set of research methods. The theoretical methods include: analysis and synthesis to systematize scientific and methodological positions regarding the implementation of digital technologies in language education; generalization and specification of theoretical positions from contemporary research in pedagogy and digital education. Methods of comparative pedagogy include: a problem-comparative approach for analyzing the use of innovative technologies in practical language teaching. Empirical methods include studying information sources, analyzing educational platforms to assess the relevance and effectiveness of digital technologies. The results of the research demonstrate that digital technologies open new opportunities to enhance the quality of education. The integration of digital technologies into foreign language teaching is a promising pathway for transforming education, which not only improves the learning process but also helps prepare students for the challenges of a globalized world. This evolution in teaching methodology is an important contribution to ensuring the quality of modern education.
