Abstract:	Стаття присвячена розкриттю поняття «ціна» злочинності в сучасній кримінологічній науці та визначенню прямого й непрямого збитку від злочинності. Проаналізовано наукові праці, які містять відомості про розвиток поняття «ціна» злочинності та її структури. Автор наводить власне визначення поняття «злочинність» і «ціна» злочинності. The article is devoted to the development and explanation of the “price” of crime notion in the modern criminological science and the definition of direct and indirect damage caused by crime. Scientific researches are analyzed and contain information about development of the concept of “price” of crime and its structure. The author gives her definition of “crime” and “price” of crime.
