| Abstract: | Статтю присвячено характеристиці договору про надання гарантії. Проаналізовано особливості суб’єктного складу, форму та умови цього договору. Запропоновано законодавчі зміни щодо порядку надання такої фінансової послуги. The article is devoted to characteristic of the contract about accordance of a guarantee. Author analyses features of subject’s structure, form and conditions of this contract. In this article author suggests legislative changes about order of accordance of this financial service. |
