| Abstract: | У статті досліджується правова природа та галузева належність інституту реєстрації прав на землю. Визначено та проаналізовано основні завдання інституту реєстрації прав на землю. The article examines the legal nature and sector profile of the institution of state registration of title to land. It is concluded that it is too early to state that there is a registration institution as an independent branch of law since there are no legislative or theoretical prerequisites to set apart the institution of state registration of titles as a separate independent branch of law. |
