| Abstract: | У статті розглядається питання кримінально-правової охорони власності. Звертається увага на проблему визначення поняття «власність як об’єкт кримінально-правової охорони» у сучасних умовах інформатизації суспільства. Автор вважає обґрунтованим визнання власності на інформацію різновидом власності. Такий підхід впливає на вибір місця розташування відповідних норм в Особливій частині Кримінального кодексу України. The issues of criminal protection of property are considered in the article. The problem of the definition of «property as an object of criminal protection» in the modern conditions of informatization of society is paid attention. The author admits as reasonable recognition of ownership on information as the kind of property. This approach effects on the choice of location of the relevant rules in the Special Part of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. |
