| Abstract: | У статті досліджено процес виникнення та розвитку досудового розслідування, його специфіку, особливості правового регулювання в різні історичні періоди. На основі вивчення досягнень і традицій національного досудового розслідування та його сучасного стану визначено необхідність вдосконалення досліджуваного інституту. The article examines the origins and development of pre-trial investigation, its specificity, peculiarities of legal regulation in different historical periods. On the basis of the achievements and traditsіy natsіonalnogo pre-trial investigation and the current state determined the need to improve the test institute. |
