| Abstract: | У статті проаналізовано підстави затримання осіб у зв’язку зі збройним конфліктом. Автор виділяє юридичні та фактичні підстави затримання та детально аналізує кожну з них. Особливу увагу присвячено підставам затримання з міркувань безпеки. The article analyzes the reasons of peoples detention in connection with armed conflict. The author highlights the legal and factual grounds of detention and detailed analysis each of them. Special attention is devoted to the grounds for detention for security reasons. |
