Культурний вимір війни. Український контекст

Abstract

В статті було описано загальну проблематику дослідження культури під час війни. В загальних рисах описано її взаємозв’язок з політикою, та наведено загальні аргументи на підтримку позиції дослідження культури з політологічної точки зору. Означено потенційні напрями дослідження культури з позицій її як об’єкту та як суб’єкту. Зазначено вагомість ролі культури в суспільному та політичному житті. Підкреслено вагомість культури під час війни, як одного з основоположник факторів збереження, ствердження власної ідентичності та боротьби нації перед обличчям загрози. Досліджено різні шляхи трактування культури в залежності від аксіології науковців та їхніх наукових секторів. Описано абстракту сутність культури як явища. Показано, що популяризація самого слова природньо призводить до численної кількості деривативів, які хоч і мають між собою спільні риси, проте часто вказують на різні аспекти предметів, явищ та процесів. Базуючись на прагматичному підході запропоновано визначення культури з точки зору її більш практичної вимірної сутті та складових елементів культурного життя суспільства. Окреслено військовий контекст використання культури як засобу війни, а також впливу на культуру як на об’єкт військових дій. Аргументовано, що вплив на культуру має політичний та системний характер. Досліджено та описано фактичні негативні наслідки збройної агресії проти України з точки зору окреслених елементів культури, таких як творців, засобів поширення та самих споживачів культурних продуктів. Закладено концептуальну основу для подальшого авторського наукового дослідження даної проблематики, зокрема поглибленої таксономії культури та комплексного впливу військових дій на культурну сферу життя суспільства та країни.

The article describes the general issues of studying culture during wartime. In general terms, its relationship with politics is described, and general arguments are given in support of the position of studying culture from a political science point of view. Potential directions of studying culture from the positions of it as an object and as a subject are indicated. The importance of the role of culture in social and political life is noted. The importance of culture during wartime is emphasized, as one of the founding factors of preservation, affirmation of one's own identity and the struggle of the nation in the face of threat. Different ways of interpreting culture are investigated depending on the axiology of scientists and their scientific sectors. The abstract essence of culture as a phenomenon is described. It is shown that the popularization of the word itself naturally leads to a large number of derivatives, which, although they have common features, often indicate different aspects of objects, phenomena and processes. Based on a pragmatic approach, a definition of culture is proposed from the point of view of its more practical, measurable essence and the constituent elements of the cultural life of society. The military context of the use of culture as a means of war is outlined, as well as the impact on culture as an object of military actions. It is argued that the impact on culture is political and systemic in nature. The actual negative consequences of armed aggression against Ukraine are investigated and described from the point of view of the outlined elements of culture, such as creators, means of distribution and consumers of cultural products themselves. The conceptual basis is laid for further authorial scientific research of this issue, in particular, an in-depth taxonomy of culture and the complex impact of military actions on the cultural sphere of life of society and the country.
