Особливості ідеології «рашизму» в умовах російсько-українського протистояння

Abstract

У статті розглядаються особливості ідеології рашизму, яка є основою інформаційної війни Російської Федерації (РФ) проти України. Автори зазначають, що термін «рашизм» характеризує політичну ідеологію, притаманну злочинному режиму Росії на межі ХХ та ХХІ століть. Зокрема, акцентується увага на використанні путінським режимом ідей «особливої цивілізаційної місії» росіян, ідеї «трьох братніх народів та старшого російського народу», а також на нетерпимості до культури інших націй. Визначені основні атрибути «рашизму», серед яких: культ лідера «вождя» і культ мертвих, корпоративна держава, славетне міфічне минуле, потужна цензура, теорії змови, централізована пропаганда, війна та руйнування. У статті підкреслюється, що рашизм є загрозою не тільки для України, а й для всього демократичного світу, оскільки він прагне втілити оновлені форми фашизму та сталінізму, створюючи свого роду руйнівний симбіоз цих двох ідеологій. Як людиноненависницька ідеологія, рашизм пропагує використання будь-яких методів, включаючи збройні, для переслідування чи ліквідації всіх, хто не підтримує та не служить ідеології «руського міра». Акцентується увага на тому, що для протидії ідеології «рашизму» Україна повинна посилювати інформаційну боротьбу, зміцнювати свою культурну та історичну ідентичність, не тільки через освіту, а й через глобальні інформаційні платформи, що допомагають світу розуміти, чому боротьба України за незалежність – це боротьба за фундаментальні цінності свободи та демократії. Потрібно активно використовувати міжнародні канали комунікації для пояснення ситуації в Україні, викривати маніпуляції та фальшиві новини, що створюються Кремлем, а також сприяти розвитку незалежних медіа в Україні та за кордоном.

The article examines the features of the ideology of racism, which is the basis of the information war of the Russian Federation (RF) against Ukraine. The authors note that the term «racism» characterizes the political ideology inherent in the criminal regime of Russia at the turn of the 20th and 21st centuries. In particular, attention is focused on the use by the Putin regime of the ideas of the «special civilizational mission» of the Russians, the idea of «three fraternal peoples and the elder Russian people», as well as intolerance of cultural elements of other nations in everyday life. The main attributes of «racism» are identified, including: the cult of the leader «leader» and the cult of the dead, the corporate state, a glorious mythical past, powerful censorship, conspiracy theories, centralized propaganda, war and destruction. The article emphasizes that racism is a threat not only to Ukraine, but also to the entire democratic world, as it seeks to embody renewed forms of fascism and Stalinism, creating a kind of symbiosis of these two ideologies. As a misanthropic ideology, racism promotes the use of any methods, including armed ones, to persecute or eliminate anyone who does not support and does not serve the ideology of the «Russian world». The emphasis is on the fact that in order to counteract the ideology of «racism», Ukraine must strengthen the information struggle, strengthen its cultural and historical identity, not only through education, but also through global information platforms that help the world understand why Ukraine’s struggle for independence is a struggle for the fundamental values of freedom and democracy. It is necessary to actively use international communication channels to explain the situation in Ukraine, expose manipulations and fake news created by the Kremlin, and also promote the development of independent media in Ukraine and abroad.
