Глобалізація та національна ідентичність: політичні системи в умовах культурної фрагментації

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано взаємозв’язок між процесами глобалізації та трансформацією національної ідентичності, що безпосередньо впливає на політичні системи сучасних держав. Глобалізаційні процеси, з одного боку, сприяють уніфікації політичних та економічних практик, формуванню спільних нормативно-правових стандартів, розширенню міжнародного співробітництва, а з іншого – провокують виклики для збереження національних культурних, соціальних та політичних традицій. Встановлено, що процеси глобалізації мають подвійний вплив на політичні системи: вони сприяють політичному та економічному зближенню держав, що виражається у створенні наднаціональних структур, посиленні регіональних інтеграційних об’єднань, гармонізації законодавчих норм, а також стимулюють національні держави до активного пошуку механізмів збереження ідентичності та адаптації до змінного світового порядку. Водночас адаптація національних політичних систем до глобалізаційних викликів відбувається нерівномірно. Одні держави все більше орієнтуються на інтеграційні процеси, посилюючи взаємодію у політичній, економічній та правовій сферах, що передбачає гармонізацію політичних рішень, спільне регулювання економічних процесів та формування міжнародних правових механізмів. Інші держави, навпаки, зосереджуються на збереженні власної національної ідентичності, що проявляється у підтримці державної мови, збереженні культурних традицій, розвитку історичної пам’яті та навіть посиленні політичного націоналізму. У статті зроблено висновок про те, що глобалізація не лише змінює традиційні уявлення про національну ідентичність, але й трансформує самі політичні системи, змушуючи їх адаптуватися до нових викликів. Взаємодія між глобальними інтеграційними процесами та національними політичними особливостями залишається динамічним процесом, що потребує подальших досліджень, особливо в аспектах політичної стабільності, демократичних практик та соціокультурної згуртованості.

The article analyzes the relationship between globalization processes and the transformation of national identity, which directly affects the political systems of modern states. Globalization processes, on the one hand, contribute to the unification of political and economic practices, the formation of common regulatory and legal standards, the expansion of international cooperation, and on the other hand, provoke challenges to the preservation of national cultural, social and political traditions. It has been established that globalization processes have a dual impact on political systems: they contribute to the political and economic rapprochement of states, which is expressed in the creation of supranational structures, the strengthening of regional integration associations, the harmonization of legislative norms, and also stimulate national states to actively search for mechanisms for preserving identity and adapting to a changing world order. At the same time, the adaptation of national political systems to the challenges of globalization is uneven. Some states are increasingly oriented towards integration processes, strengthening interaction in the political, economic and legal spheres, which involves the harmonization of political decisions, joint regulation of economic processes and the formation of international legal mechanisms. Other states, on the contrary, focus on preserving their own national identity, which is manifested in the support of the state language, the preservation of cultural traditions, the development of historical memory and even the strengthening of political nationalism. The article concludes that globalization not only changes traditional ideas about national identity, but also transforms political systems themselves, forcing them to adapt to new challenges. The interaction between global integration processes and national political characteristics remains a dynamic process that requires further research, especially in the aspects of political stability, democratic practices and socio-cultural cohesion.
