Обгрунтування використання лізингу в АПК як ефективного механізму залучення інвестицій

Abstract

Розглядається суть лізингу, його роль в інвестуванні агропромислового комплексу. Оцінено економічні переваги чи недоліки лізингу із позиції виробничого підприємства. Описано розвиток, проблеми лізингового інвестування в Україні, а також напрями його поліпшення. Обґрунтовано та розроблено пропозицій щодо організаційно-економічних напрямів застосування лізингу в аграрних підприємствах як найбільш гнучкої системи залучення інвестицій. Запропоновано загальна схему організації лізингу в АПК. Висвітлено механізм підтримки і регулювання лізингу сільськогосподарських машин. The highlights the essence of leasing, its influence upon putting investments agrarian and industrial complex. It reveals the process of development and problems caused by leasing investments as well as the ways of their improvement. Economic advantages or lacks of leasing are appraised from position of production enterprise. Development is described, problems of the leasing investing in Ukraine, and also directions of his improvement. Grounded and it is developed suggestions in relation to organizationally economic directions of application of leasing in agrarian enterprises as the most flexible system of bringing in of investments. It is offered general chart of organization of leasing in agrarian and industrial complex. The mechanism of support and adjusting of leasing of agricultural machines is reflected.
