Abstract

В статті досліджується проблема взаємодії права з іншими соціальними явищами. З одного боку, право може бути використане для захисту інших соціальних явищ, таких як моральні норми, економічні інтереси, культурні цінності, а з іншого - соціальні явища можуть впливати на формування правових норм та правопорядку в суспільстві. Важливим аспектом дослідження є взаємодія правових норм із такими соціальними явищами як політика, економіка, культура, моральність та інші, а також вплив правових норм на соціальну дійсність та взаємодія різних аспектів життя суспільства. В статті розглядається проблема співвідношення правової політики з певними соціальними явищами, а також визначається роль права у формуванні соціальної дійсності. Крім цього, автором досліджується проблема регулювання соціальних явищ нормами національного та міжнародного права в контексті соціальних явищ. Розуміння співвідношення права з різними соціальними явищами є важливим для розвитку правової політики в умовах соціальних реалій які постійно змінюються. Вивчення питання співвідношення права з іншими соціальними явищами дозволяє розуміти причини таких конфліктів та знаходити шляхи вирішення проблем.
