| Abstract: | Статтю присвячено визначенню сутності нерухомості як об’єкта речового права на чуже нерухоме майно. Особлива увага приділяється дослідженню єдиного майнового комплексу підприємства як нерухомості. Встановлено протиріччя між визначенням єдиного майнового комплексу підприємства та нерухомістю і сутністю вказаного об’єкта та запропоновано шляхи його усунення. The article is devoted to defining the essence of real estate as an object of special property. Special attention is paid to the investigation of a unified property complex of an enterprise as a real estate. The contradiction between the definition of a unified property complex of an enterprise as a real estate and the essence of the object is established; the ways of its correction are suggested. |
