| Abstract: | У статті визначено зміст поняття «примусова праця» згідно міжнародних і європейських стандартів, практики Європейського суду з прав людини та законодавства про працю. Проведено співвідношення примусової праці і з обов’язковою та необхідною працею. Обґрунтовано окремі пропозиції щодо удосконалення трудового законодавства про заборону примусової праці. In the article the content of the notion of forced labor in accordance with the international and European standards, European Court of Human Rights and labor legislation has been defined . A ratio of forced, compulsory and necessary labour is carried out. Some proposals concerning the improvement of labor legislation about forced labor prohibition have been grounded. |
