| Abstract: | У статті з’ясовується широке коло питань, пов’язаних із класифікацією допомог за правом соціального забезпечення України. Особливо автор звертає увагу на критерії класифікації соціальних допомог, зокрема, на організаційно-правові форми соціального забезпечення, а також суб’єктів надання та одержання допомог. Обґрунтовується позиція щодо надання допомог винятково у грошовій формі. The article revealed a range of issues related to the classification of benefits under social security law Ukraine. Especially author notes the classification criteria for social benefits, particularly in the legal forms of social security, as well as entities providing and receiving benefits. Grounded position to provide benefits solely in cash. |
