Історико-правова характеристика екологічного контролю та нагляду у сфері охорони надр

Abstract

У статті проведено аналіз питання історико-правової характеристики екологічного контролю та нагляду у сфері охорони надр. Розглянуто еволюцію основних контрольно-наглядових відносин в процесі розвитку екологічного законодавства. Автором виокремлено історико-правові етапи розвитку екологічного контролю та нагляду у сфері охорони надр, які мали місце на територіях у складі сучасної України.

The article presents the historical and legal characteristic of the environmental control and supervision in the field of mineral resources. The basic law of historical stages of development of environmental monitoring and supervision in the sphere of subsoil, which took place in the territories as part of the modern Ukraine. The evolution of the main approaches to supervision and control over the use of mineral resources in the development of environmental legislation.
