| Abstract: | Статтю присвячено проблемам визначення поняття викривачів, їхній характеристиці як міжгалузевого інституту правової системи України. Проводиться аналіз підходів до розуміння сутності поняття «викривач» у контексті міжнародного та вітчизняного досвіду. Встановлюється значення інституту викривачів для адміністративного права. The article deals with the problems of the definition of whistle-blowers and their characterization as an inter-branch institute of the legal system of Ukraine. Different approaches to understanding the essence of the «whistleblower» concept are analyzed in the context of international and domestic experience. The importance of whistleblowers for Administrative Law is defined. |
