Суб’єкти фінансового права і фінансово інвестиційних правовідносин

Abstract

У статті висвітлено теоретичні питання суб’єктів фінансового права і фінансово інвестиційних правовідносин. З’ясовано, що у фінансово-інвестиційних відносинах як первинний суб’єкт цих відносин держава наділена спеціальної юрисдикцією. Зроблено висновок про те, що розумне балансування між дотриманням власних фінансово-правових традицій та рецепцією міжнародних дасть Україні шанс стати фінансово-інвестиційним центром Східної Європи, заповнити прогалини нормативного регулювання фінансово-інвестиційної сфери, інвестувати в людину як найвищу соціальну цінність, підняти соціальну сферу, економіку і моральний дух суспільства з метою його подальшого процвітання.

When covering the subjects of theoretical issues of financial law and financial and investment relations. It was found that in the financial and investment relations as the primary subject of this relationship the state has special jurisdiction. It is concluded that a reasonable balance between compliance with their own financial and legal traditions and international reception will give Ukraine a chance to become the financial and investment center in Eastern Europe, to fill the gaps of normative regulation of financial and investment sector, to invest in the human being as the highest social value, to raise the social sphere, the economy and the morale of the society with a view to future prosperity.
