Взаимодействие Государственной финансовой инспекции Украины и правоохранительных органов: проблемы и пути разрешения

Abstract

У статті розглянуті специфіка та актуальні питання взаємодії Державної фінансової інспекції України з правоохоронними органами з метою забезпечення державного фінансового контролю. Аналізуються основні проблеми, недоліки такої взаємодії з урахуванням сучасних вимог здійснення державного фінансового контролю, а також змін у законодавстві, які регламентує діяльність Державної фінансової інспекції України та правоохоронних органів.

The subject of article is specific and actual questions of mutual cooperation of state financial inspection and legal bodies in Ukraine in order o ensure state financial control. The main problems and disadvantages of such cooperation have been analyzed. The article studies ways of improvement and referring of existing system, under circumstances of modern requirements. In order realize state financial control and bring same changes into legal system of state financial inspection of Ukraine some action should be taken and they are examined in article.
