| Abstract: | Статтю присвячено проблематиці правових норм як елементу адміністративно-правового механізму забезпечення прав і свобод громадян у сфері запобігання і протидії корупції. Визначено окремі форми правореалізації. Сформульовано авторське визначення поняття «адміністративно-правової норми» як складової адміністративно-правового механізму забезпечення прав і свобод громадян у сфері запобігання та протидії корупції. Охарактеризовано антикорупційну експертизу проектів нормативно-правових актів. The article is devoted to the problems of the legal norms as a part of administrative and legal mechanism of the rights and freedoms of citizens in the sphere of preventing and combating of corruption. Separate forms of the law realisation are determined. The author’s definition of the «administrative legal norms» as a part of the administrative and legal mechanism for the rights and freedoms of citizens in the sphere of preventing and combating of corruption is formulated. Anti-corruption expertise of draft of the legal acts is characterized. |
