Abstract:	У статті досліджено проблему зловживання правом у митних правовідносинах. Автором надано увагу не тільки розгляду окремих випадків такого зловживання, а й аналізу його ознак, визначенню конкретних підстав зловживання, а також розробці шляхів усунення недоліків вітчизняного митного законодавства, які є підґрунтям для зловживання правом суб’єктами митних правовідносин. The article deals with the problem of abuse of right in customs relations. The author paid attention not only to the consideration of individual cases of Abuse, but the analysis of its characteristics, the determination of the specific grounds for abuse, as well as the development of ways to address shortcomings of the domestic customs laws, which are the ground for the abuse of the right subjects customs relations.
