| Abstract: | Стаття присвячена історико-правовому аналізу положень про спадкування на територіях українських земель (1922–1963 рр.). На основі аналізу подаються самостійні висновки про врахування позитивного історичного досвіду під час реформування чинного законодавства. Надається комплексний аналіз положень, що регулювали перехід майна в порядку спадкування у вищезазначений період. Article is devoted to the historical and legal analysis of the provisions of the inheritance of the territories of the Ukrainian lands (1922–1963). Based on the analysis the author offers their own conclusions about the basis of the positive historical experience in the reform of the current legislation. The article provides a comprehensive review of the provisions governing the transfer of property by inheritance in the above-mentioned period. |
