| Abstract: | Стаття присвячена дослідженню процедури визначення складу спадщини, включаючи складання інвентаризаційного опису, тих чинників, які повинні враховуватися нотаріусами і спадкоємцями при здійсненні ними юридичних і фактичних дій, пов’язаних із оформленням спадкових прав, а також тих проблем, які існують у правозастосовчій практиці. The article is devoted to study of procedure of identifying composition of inheritance, including preparation of inventory, and factors, which should be taken into account by notaries and heirs on implementation legal and factual actions, related with registration of inheritance rights, and also those problems, that exist in law enforcement. |
