| Abstract: | Стаття присвячена співвідношенню типового та взірцевого договорів. Зазначається, що одні з умов, зазначені в типовому договорі, є обов’язковими для сторін, інші мають рекомендаційний характер. Доводиться, що в типовому договорі можуть міститися як обов’язкові, так і диспозитивні рекомендаційні положення. The article is devoted to the ratio of the typical and exemplary agreements. It is noted that some of the conditions specified in the standard contract is binding on the parties, others are recommendatory in nature. It is shown that in a typical contract may contain both mandatory and discretionary provisions of recommendation. |
