| Abstract: | Стаття присвячена дослідженню засад формування державної політики у сфері телебачення і радіомовлення. Здійснюється аналіз сутності державної політики у сфері телебачення і радіомовлення з метою підвищення ефективності її реалізації. Узагальнюються та вивчаються досягнення науки інформаційного права в частині визначення напрямів удосконалення державної політики у сфері телебачення і радіомовлення. The article investigates bases of formation of theoretical and legal foundations of public policy in sphere of television and radio broadcasting. The analysis of essence of public policy in sphere of television and radio broadcasting in order to improve its implementation. Summarizes achievements of information law science for identify areas of improvement of public policy in sphere of television and radio broadcasting. |
