Визначено елементи системи інституційних гарантій забезпечення прав і свобод громадян у сфері запобігання та протидії корупції за законодавством Румунії. The article is devoted to problems of institutional guarantees of ensuring of rights and freedoms of citizens in sphere of preventing and combating of corruption by legislation of Romania. Institutional guarantees of ensuring of rights and freedoms of citizens in sphere of preventing and combating of corruption by legislation of Romania are analysed. Elements of ensuring of rights and freedoms of citizens in sphere of preventing and combating of corruption by legislation of Romania are determined. |
