| Abstract: | Стаття присвячена аналізу держави як позивача в адміністративному процесі. Особлива увага приділена аргументам опонентів можливості розгляду держави як позивача. Запропоновано внести зміни до чинного законодавства. The article is devoted to the analysis of the state as a plaintiff in the administrative process. Special attention is paid to the arguments of opponents of considering a state as a plaintiff. Suggested amendments to existing legislation. |
