| Abstract: | У статті зосереджується увага на особливостях відбирання біологічних зразків для проведення генотипоскопічної експертизи у кримінальному провадженні. Аналізуються сучасні можливості експертних установ України, які проводять ДНК-аналіз. Показаний порядок отримання та зберігання окремих біологічних зразків. The article under study focuses attention on peculiarities of collection of biological samples for carrying out of genotyposcopic expertise in a criminal proceeding. Modern opportunities of expert institutions of Ukraine that carry out DNA-tests are analyzed. The procedure of collection and storage of biological samples is demonstrated. |
