Ембріологічне дослідження клена гостролистого (Acer platanoides L.)

Abstract

Проведено дослідження мікро- та макроспорогенезу, розвитку жіночого гаметофіту, а також особливостей запліднення, розвитку зародка та ендосперму в A. platanoides. Стінка молодого пиляка складається з епідермісу, двох середніх шарів та тапетуму. Мікроспори у тетрадах розташовуються тетраедрично та ізобілатерально. Жіночий археспорій одноклітинний. Сформовані насінні зачатки анатропні, красинуцелятні, з двома інтегументами. The investigation was carried out of micro- and macrosporogenesis, development of female gametophyte as well as some moments of fertilization. Development of embryo and endosperm of Acer platanoides. A wall of the young anther consists of epidermis, three middle layers and tapetum. The arrangement of microspores in the tetrad are tetrahedral and isobilateral. The female archesporium is unicellular. The formed ovules of Acer platanoides are anatropous, crassinucellar with two developed integuments.
